Captains of 50

This book was written to help pastors of small churches, a group of leaders in the Body of Christ who get little to no attention.

Although written specifically for this group, however, the principles apply across the board as far as ministry or leadership is concerned, from youth pastors, to music directors, to traveling evangelists or even owners of small businesses.

My aim is to help the reader avoid ending up as one of the estimated 80 percent of pastors who say ministry has negatively affected their family.

This book does not have all the answers, but there is enough here to keep one from falling into the pitfalls of modern-day ministry.
